An engineer of the company comes to the site, measures the space and existing structures, notes plumbing, electrical and structural features and of course understands the needs of the owner.
2. Design & Planning
According to the preliminary survey, we develop architectural and functional offers, work out the new spaces, and suggest materials and technical proposals (e.g. waterproofing, thermal insulation, layout modifications).
3. Proposal & Approval
We draft a comprehensive quote of materials, labor and a schedule of time. The proposal is detailed to ensure that it is not ambiguous.
4. Construction / Implementation
Construction starts: demolition, plaster, plumbing and electrical, door and window frame work, tiling, painting and overall construction.
5. Supervision & Quality Control
During the project interim inspections and quality checks are carried out to verify that it is rather well implemented, material wear, and that the work is precise.
6. Handover & Support
Once the project is done, an in depth cleaning and thorough inspection of the site is done, before the hand over of the place to the client. We also provide the technical documentation, warranties and record of materials/interventions used along with the completed project.
