The 1st floor hosts three rooms, one of which serves as the master bedroom, with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet and has access to its own large terrace, while the two others are placed on the back with view to the backyard. A main bathroom and laundry room complete this floor level, as well as an extra smaller terrace with access to the roof top.
The roof top has a 360o view, with great scapes due to the inclined terrace of the location. It is also favored to host any kind of extra services like BBQ, dining room, living room, a small pool or jacuzzi and other.

The strategic location of the site is surrounded by calm pedestrian streets but also by main key streets and locations. Just 1.3 km from Thermi Central Area, 550m walking distance to the upgrading Charilaou-Thermis Street, where many commercial stores and companies are located. Thessaloniki’s Airport is located just 6.6 km away.
Right next to the site location there is a cross road that leads in four main destinations:
- Thermi Central Area
- Charilaou-Thermis Street (which eventually leads to Pylaia area)
- Themris Panoramatos Street, which leads to Panorama Area
- Moudanion Street which lead both to Thessaloniki City Center, SKG Airport and Chalkidiki.
