C DEVELOPMENT is a project development company based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

It was launched as an extenuation of the architectural practice C ARCHITECTS with main object to handle, develop, build, deliver and sell various types of projects, as a form of a complete package of services.

In collaboration with private individuals, C DEVELOPMENT preserves high quality design and construction standards for the projects we represent, in order to provide our clients premium level spaces.

Our main goal is to create a group of projects with distinctive identity and contemporary design standards.
